Seafood stir-fry

Ingredients (9)

oil
3.00 celery stalks — sliced into rings
4.00 fresh chives — chopped
350.00 g mixed seafood — frozen
45.00 ml sherry
30.00 ml fish paste
125.00 ml sour cream
1.00 lemon — zest and juice
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Heat a little oil in a wok or fairly large pan. Sauté the celery and chives until glossy.

Add the seafood and stir-fry for about one minute more. Add the sherry, fish paste and sour cream, stir and reduce the heat.

Simmer for a few minutes, taking care not to overcook the seafood or it will be tough.

Add the lemon rind and juice and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve Immediately.
