    rotisserie chicken - cut into bite sized pieces

    chinese noodles, prepared according to package instructions
  • 1
    red pepper - deseeded and cut into strips
  • 5
    spring onions - chopped
  • 1
    coriander or basil leaves - roughly chopped
  • 30
  • 1
    dash sweet soy dressing - to serve


Arrange the chicken, noodles, red pepper and spring onions onto four serving plates, equally divided.

Drizzle with the sweet soy dressing and garnish with the watercress and chopped herbs.

Serve immediately.
