Ingredients

 
  • 20
    ml
    sunflower oil
  • 1
    onion
  • 400
    g
    minute steaks
  • 2
    fresh chillies
  • shredded lettuce
  • cucumber
  • 2
    tomatoes
  • 4
    pita breads
  • tsatziki
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
Heat oil in a heavy-based frying pan.  Sauté onion until soft.

Add meat and chilli and fry over a high heat for one minute.

Spoon into pita breads and add salad ingredients.

Serve immediately with tsatziki.
