Peppadew and salami pizza

    ready made frozen pizza base
  • Ready made sweet 'n sour sauce
  • 125
    mozzarella cheese, grated (or more if desired)
  • Sliced salami (as many as desired)
  • Peppadews - sliced thinly (2 per pizza or as desired)

Preheat oven to 220°C.
Sprinkle a baking dish or pizza pan with flour.
Spread 2 to 3 spoonfuls of sweet 'n sour sauce over the pizza base.
Sprinkle over three quarters of the cheese.
Load the base with salami or pepperoni and peppadews.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the crust is cooked and crisp and the cheese has melted.
Drizzle olive oil over and serve with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
