Pan-fried chicken burger with sweet-chilli mayo

Ingredients (9)

olive oil — for frying
2 chicken breast fillets — skinned
30 ml mayonnaise
30 ml yoghurt — plain
15 ml sweet chilli sauce
1 bread — large Italian roll
1 tomatoes
1 red onion — small
lettuce

Method:

Heat oil in a pan until almost smoking, add chicken and fry on both sides until just cooked through, about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile mix mayonnaise, yoghurt and chilli sauce together and adjust flavours to your taste.

Slice open roll and spread with mayo mixture.

Add tomato, onion and lettuce.

Add hot pan-fried chicken breast and enjoy!
