    milk

    cornflour

    can of cream-style sweetcorn
 

Method

Blend all the ingredients for the filling in a large microwave-proof dish.

Microwave for 7 minutes, uncovered, on 100 per cent power. Stir well every 2 minutes.

Turn the mixture into a round 24 x 5 cm microwave-proof dish. Blend all the ingredients for the crust, except the sweetcorn.

Beat well and add the sweetcorn.

Pour the sweetcorn mixture over the filling. Place the dish on an upturned saucer in the microwave.

Microwave for 25 minutes, uncovered on 70 per cent power until the crust is done.

Serve hot with a green salad.
