Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat and grease it with nonstick spray. Fry the mince for about 3 minutes or until brown. Remove the mince with a slotted spoon and set aside.
Fry the onion and garlic in the same pan for 2 minutes. Stir in the tomato paste, chilli powder, paprika, oregano and canned tomatoes and simmer for 2 minutes or until the mixture starts to thicken.
Stir occasionally. Stir in the cooked macaroni, mince and 180 ml of the cheese and heat for 1 minute or until the cheese begins to melt.
Season with the salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with the remaining cheese.
