Ingredients

    large mango, peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 1
    large pineapple, peeled and out into bite-sized pieces
  • 565

    stoned litchis, drained
  • 1
    firm avocado
  • 10
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 2
    ml
    salt
  • 20
    ml
    olive oil
  • 10
    ml
    fresh mint, finely chopped
  • 3
    ml
    freshly ground black pepper
 

Method

Mix the mango, pineapple and litchis.

Dice the avocado and mix in carefully.

Blend the lemon juice, salt and olive oil, and pour over the salad.

Scatter the mint on top and season with freshly ground black pepper.
