Mix onion, minced lamb and curry paste, and season well.
Divide into six parts and roll each piece to form a thin sausage.
Heat oil and cook the sausages on both sides until browned.
Prepare tortillas as directed on packet.
On each tortilla arrange lettuce leaf, mince kofta and carrot sticks, and fold into a parcel.
Serve with creamy yoghurt sauce.
To make sauce: Mix together cottage cheese, plain yoghurt and spring onion.
