Preheat oven to 200ºC.
Place pork fillet on a board, rub with peanut and sesame oil, then the 5-spice mixture. Season. Heat a griddle pan, add peanut oil and butter, sear pork on all sides. Remove and place in oven. Bake for 7–10 minutes.For The Noodles:
Heat peanut oil in a pan/wok, add garlic, ginger and chilli, sauté for 1 minute, add peppers, sauté for 2 minutes. Add the hoisin sauce and soy sauce, stir to combine, toss in noodles and stir well to coat.
Divide noodles between serving plates, serve with sliced pork and sprinkle with spring onion, sliced red chilli, coriander and nuts.
