Ingredients

  • 30
    ml
    olive oil
  • 1
    sliced onion
  • 2
    chicken breasts
  • feta
  • 1
    punnet, baby tomatoes, sliced in half
  • A
    handful of salad leaves
  • 1
    small handful parsley, chopped
 

Method

15 mins
 
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry onions until translucent and soft.
Add chicken strips and cook until tender.
Season with salt and pepper.
Toast pita bread.
Fill with chicken, onion, feta, tomatoes, salad leaves and parsley.
Serve warm with a Greek salad.
