Ingredients (7)

45.00 ml honey
5.00 ml wholegrain mustard
1.00 cloves garlic — cloves, crushed
16.00 sausages — pork cocktail
8.00 potatoes — new, boiled
1.00 green pepper — seeded and cubed
4.00 cherry tomatoes

Method:

Stir the honey, mustard and
garlic together. Season to taste.

Thread the sausages, potatoes,
pepper and tomatoes onto wooden
skewers.

Place on a greased
baking tray and brush with the
glaze.

Cook under a medium-hot
grill for 12 to 15 minutes, or until
cooked through. Turn and baste
halfway through the cooking time
to brown both sides.

Serve with
rice or salad.
