Make a tasty meal from leftover roast and potatoes.

Ingredients (10)

30 ml fresh chillies — 573
15 ml butter
1 onion — peeled and cubed
15 ml sugar
1 garlic — cloves
500 g lamb — leg, cooked
6 potatoes — peeled, cubed
250 g mushrooms — sliced
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
30 ml fresh thyme

Method:

Heat the olive oil
and butter over medium heat in a large sauce pan. Add the onion and
sugar and fry until brown and caramelized.

Add the garlic, leg
of lamb (or any other left-over meat), par-cooked potatoes and veggies
and season with salt and pepper. Fry till cooked through.

Add the thyme leaves
and serve hot!
