Fresh tomato pasta

    ripe cherry tomatoes, halved

    capers, rinsed and pressed dry
  • 125
    avocado oil with chilli
  • 2
    cloves garlic, crushed
  • fresh basil, roughly chopped
  • 125
    creamy feta cheese, crumbled
  • 300


Place all the ingredients except the spaghetti in a mixing bowl and flavour with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Leave to rest to give the flavours time to blend.

Cook the pasta according to the pack instructions and drain. Stir it into the ingredients in the mixing bowl and serve with finely grated Parmesan cheese.
