Ingredients

  • 1
    readymade frozen pizza base
  • tapenade and olive oil
  • 125
    ml
    mozzarella cheese, grated (or more as desired)
  • 2
    anchovy fillets, halved lengthwise
  • button mushrooms, sliced
  • red pepper cubes
  • a few slices of salami
  • olives, pips removed
  • peppadews
  • tinned tuna, drained
  • capers
  • fresh oregano leaves

Preheat the oven to 220 °C.

Sprinkle a baking dish or pizza pan with flour.
Mix two spoonfuls of the tapenade with olive oil to make a slightly runny, spreadable paste.
Spread over the pizza base.
Sprinkle over three quarters of the cheese.
Divide the base into quarters with anchovy fillets.
Arrange salami slices on one quarter, peppers and mushrooms on a second, olives and peppadews on a third and tuna and capers on the fourth.
Sprinkle over the rest of the cheese.
Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the crust is crisp and the cheese has melted.
