  • 6
    eggs
  • spring onions
  • 2.5
    ml
    Robertson’s vegetable spices
  • 1
    pinch
    freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2
    cup
    low-fat cheddar cheese
 

Method

Grease a muffin pan or coat with a non-stick spray (silicone muffin pans also work well).

Beat the eggs together. Grate the cheese and add to the eggs together with the rest of the ingredients.

Fill muffin pan with the mixture up to 3/4 full and bake for +- 15-20 minutes.

They rise beautifully but will sink once removed from the oven.
