Easy sweetcorn, cheese and onion muffins

    onion - peeled and chopped
  • 1
    tin creamed sweetcorn
  • 2
    self raising flour
  • 3
  • 1
    generous cup of cheese
  • Seasoning
  • Oil


Preheat oven to 180°C.

Fry the onion in a little oil until soft.

Add to all the other ingredients and mix until all the flour is incorporated.

Spoon into greased muffin tins or use paper cups and bake for 30 minutes.
