Chinese-style chicken wraps

    tortilla wraps
  • 1
    cucumber - seeded and cut into strips
  • 1
    spring onions - cut into strips
  • 1
    rotisserie chicken - deboned and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1
    glug hoisin sauce (plum) or sweet chilli sauce
  • 1
    salt and milled pepper


Heat tortillas in a dry, hot pan. Scatter with cucumber, spring onions and chicken.
Drizzle with hoisin or sweet chilli sauce and season. Fold wraps and serve.

More good ideas:
- Use strips of cooked chicken breast if you prefer.
- Bulk up by adding shredded lettuce.
- Use roast duck leftovers instead of chicken.
