Ingredients (11)

500.00 g chicken breast fillets — 2cm cubes
60.00 ml lemon juice
30.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
GARLIC SAUCE
3.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
125.00 ml breadcrumbs — fresh
30.00 ml wine — white
30.00 ml lemon juice
60.00 ml oil
10.00 ml castor sugar
30.00 ml fresh parsley — finely chopped
salt — to taste

Method:

Preheat the oven grill.
Blend the lemon juice and olive oil and pour over the chicken pieces.
Thread the chicken cubes on the kebab skewers and place the kebabs in an oven dish.

For the sauce:
Blend all the ingredients except the parsley in a bowl. Pour over the kebabs and place them under the grill.
Turn them once after about 5-7 mins.
Sprinkle over the parsley before serving.
