Chicken, fennel and orange pasta salad

Ingredients (7)

300.00 g pasta — tagliatelle
300.00 g chicken breast fillets — or turkey breast, strips
1.00 fennel — bulb, thinly sliced
1.00 orange — peeled, chopped
orange juice
15 ml pine nuts — toasted
30 ml fresh dill — chopped

Method:

Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan and sauté the chicken for five minutes.

Add the fennel and cook until tender.

Drain the pasta, add the cooked chicken, fennel, orange pieces and juice.

Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Sprinkle the pine nuts and dill over the pasta and serve immediately.
