    onion (chopped)
  • 1
    tsp
    crushed garlic
  • 4
    skinless boneless chicken breasts- cubed
  • 1/2
    packet bacon bits
  • 5
    mushrooms- chopped
  • Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1/2
    cup
    dry white wine
  • 800
    ml
    milk
  • 3/4
    packet Royco Chicken Ala King
  • Salt, Aromat and black pepper
  • 7
    rolls of tagliatelle
 

Method

Fry onion in some olive oil till it is transparent. Add the garlic and chicken, add salt, Aromat and black pepper to taste.

Once chicken is almost cooked, add the bacon and mushrooms. Cook for about 5 min before adding the wine and parsley.

Mix the milk and chicken ala king, once the wine has soaked up, add the milk mixture.

Simmer for 5 min or untill the sauce is thickened.

Add the cooked tagliatelle to chicken mixture and stir through.
