Cheese and herb pita pizza

  • 1
    packet Mexican flour tortilla's
  • olive oil for brushing
  • Cheese - Parmesan, Ementhaler or Gruyere
  • 1
    fresh herbs - Thyme or Rosemary
  • handful
    Coarse salt - for sprinkling


Brush the tortilla with olive oil and herb seasoning. Sprinkle over the cheese. Bake for 5 minutes in a preheated oven - 200°C, and scatter with the fresh herbs and salt.
