Banger meatballs in tomato sauce

A really easy meal to make and seriously tasty too.

Ingredients

 
  • 10
    good-quality pork sausages
  • 70
    ml
    oil, to fry
  • 397
    g
    jar ready-made puttanesca sauce
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
Squeeze the sausage meat from the sausages. Roll the meat into small balls. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Cook the meatballs until golden brown all over. Toss the sauce into the pan to warm through. Serve with creamy mashed potatoes or grilled polenta.
