Banana, honey and apple smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2
    ripe bananas, halved
  • 300
    ml
    plain yoghurt
  • 30
    ml
    honey
  • 2
    apples, peeled and coarsely grated
  • 30
    ml
    peanut butter
  • 400
    ml
    low fat milk
 

Method

 
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend for about 1 minute. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Makes: 1-2 litres.
