Ingredients (9)

2 avocado — halved and sliced
200 g mixed vegetables
2 chicken breast fillets — cooked
200 noodles — egg, cooked
DRESSING:
1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 Tbs fish sauce
2 Tbs castor sugar
2 Tbs sesame oil

Method:

Mix all the dressing ingredients together well. Toss the salad ingredients together in a large bowl with the dressing until well coated.

Serve in bowls garnished with seeds and sprouts
