Ingredients (6)

6 chicken breast fillets — chopped
1 red onion — small, wedges
1 cauliflower — small, cut into florets
125 ml butter — melted
125 ml almonds — ground
15 ml masala — chicken

Method:

Thread the chicken pieces, onions and cauliflower onto the skewers. Mix the butter, almonds and masala together and brush over the kebabs.

Heat a griddle pan until piping hot and fry the sosaties until cooked through. Sprinkle with fresh coriander and serve as a snack. Greek yoghurt as a dipping sauce is an optional extra.
