Cheat's 5-ingredient chilli con carne

Ingredients

    g
    beef mince
  • 15
    ml
    chilli powder
  • 400
    g
    barlotti beans, drained
  • 60
    ml
    water
  • 410
    g
    tomato and onion mix
 

Method

30 minutes
 


1. Cook the mince and chilli powder in a saucepan over medium heat until the mince is browned, stirring to crumble the meat. 

2. Add the beans, water and tomato mix and simmer for 20 minutes. 

3. Ladle the chilli into bowls and serve hot. Top with cheddar cheese and chopped spring onions.
