WATCH: How to make Easter Bunny biscuits

    packet Black Jelly beans
  • 1 packet
    vanilla Oreo cookies
  • 360
    g
    white chocolate - roughly chopped
  • 1
    packet white marshmallows
 

Method

Start by melting the white chocolate over a pot of simmering water.

Dip each Oreo into the chocolate and place onto a flat baking tray that's been lined with baking paper.

Add chocolate chips for the eyes, and a Jelly Baby for the nose.

To make the ears, snip each marshmallow in half on the diagonal. Dip into some of the melted chocolate and attach two pieces to the dipped biscuit so that they resemble bunny ears. Allow to set before eating or pop in the fridge until needed.
