Ingredients (15)

Granny Smith apples — cored, peeled and cubed
pears — cored, peeled and cubed
125 ml chopped dried pears or cranberries
125 ml rooibos tea, fennel and aniseed flavour
brown sugar — (optional)
50 g pumpkin seeds — toasted
25 g sesame seeds — toasted
50 g pecan nuts — chopped
50 g coconut — flakes
50 g almonds — ground
7,5 ml Chinese five-spice powder
60 ml fresh chillies — 573
10 ml brown sugar
full cream yoghurt

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

1 FRUIT Mix the ingredients.
Set aside for 10 minutes and
transfer to an ovenproof dish.

2 CRUMBLE

Mix all the
ingredients and scatter evenly
over the fruit.

3 Bake for 20-30 minutes or
until the fruit is soft and the
topping is browned.

4 TO SERVE

Top with dollops
of yoghurt.
