Caramel ice cream tart

Ingredients (7)

80-125 ml butter — melted
200 g tennis biscuits — crushed
385 g canned caramel
milk
bananas — sliced
vanilla ice cream
raspberries — frozen

Method:

1 Mix the butter with
the biscuit crumbs and
press into the bottom
of a pie tin or dish.

2 Mix the canned
caramel with the
milk until smooth and
spread over the crust.

3 Arrange the
banana on top and
add scoops of ice
cream. Freeze until
needed. Scatter the
raspberries over, slice
and serve.
