Brownie trifle

Use any type of cake instead of the brownies. You can also add layers of toasted chopped nuts for crunch.

Ingredients (5)

340 g readymade brownies — cubed
60 ml rum
500 ml custard
400 g raspberries
fresh mint

Method:

Put a few brownie
cubes in the bottom
of small glasses,
followed by a
drizzle of rum and
a tablespoon of
custard. Repeat,
ending with the
custard. 

Place 2-3
raspberries on top
and garnish with
fresh mint.

Chill in the fridge
for about an hour
before serving.
