Ingredients (6)

4 chicken breast fillets — sliced
oil — for frying
1 royco — Cottage Pie Cook-in-Sauce
2 - 3 tomatoes — sliced
120 g feta cheese — crumbled
1 rocket — or fresh basil

Method:

Brown chicken breasts in oil. Mix ROYCO® Cottage Pie Cook-in-Sauce with 500 ml hot water and pour over chicken. Cook for a few minutes until thick.

Lay slices of tomato on a plate, spoon over chicken mix and top with feta and fresh rocket or basil leaves. Enjoy!
