Ingredients (11)

6-8 chicken — pieces
salt and freshly ground black pepper
15 ml butter
2 onion — finely chopped
4 garlic — cloves, finely chopped
250 g brown mushrooms — finely chopped
5 ml Dijon mustard
15 ml wholegrain mustard
30 ml honey
250 ml cream
500 g green beans

Method:

Preheat
the oven to 190 °C.

Grease
an ovenproof dish with nonstick
spray.

Season the chicken with salt and pepper.

Heat half the oil in a large pan and brown
the chicken. Transfer to the prepared dish.

Heat the rest of the oil and the butter in
the same pan and brown the onions and garlic. Add the mushrooms and stirfry until
done.

Reduce the heat and stir in the two kinds
of mustard and honey. Add the cream and simmer for a minute.

Spoon the sauce over the chicken, cover
with foil and bake for 40 minutes. Remove the foil. Arrange the green beans
among the chicken pieces and roast for another 15-20 minutes
or until the chicken is golden brown and done.
