Chicken roll-ups

1 kg prepared bread dough
250 ml sweet chilli sauce
375 ml mozzarella cheese — grated
5 chicken breast fillets — cooked and shredded
3 spring onion — chopped
1 eggs — beaten with water

Method:

A yummy party snack, or even a take-to-work treat!

If you have time in the morning, prepare these roll-ups so you can cook them quickly in the evening.

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease a baking sheet and set aside.

2. Divide the dough in two and roll out one piece on a clean, lightly floured surface. Trim the dough to 25×40 cm and spread half the sweet chilli sauce evenly over it. Sprinkle half cheese, chicken and spring onion over. Roll up from a short edge. Repeat with the remaining dough and filling ingredients.

3. Using a serrated knife, cut the rolls into 4 cm lengths. Transfer to a baking sheet and put in a warm place for 15 minutes or until the dough has doubled in volume.

4. Brush with the egg mixture and bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
