Stuffed fried crab

Ingredients (8)

1 kg crab — local, shell
1 onion — chopped
20 g chilli — chopped
1 garlic — cloves, chopped
2 bread — sliced, soaked in milk
50 g fresh parsley
breadcrumbs
3 eggs — and milk

Method:

Remove crab meat from shells. Do not discard the shells.

Fry onions, garlic, and chili. Add the crab meat.

Squeeze the milk from the bread and add to the crab.

Season to taste with salt and black pepper.

Spoon the crab meat into the shells. Crumb the top of the shells by dipping in eggs and then breadcrumbs. Deep fry and enjoy.
