Ingredients (5)

400 g milk
145 g buckwheat flour — pancakes
lemon juice
salt
50 ml cream

Method:

Blend the milk, blini’s and lemon juice in the thermo for 1 minutes.
Pass the mixture through a chinoise and add the cream. Season with salt to taste.
Place the mixture into an espuma gun.
Charge with 2 gas chargers.
