Carob coconut oats

    cup
    rolled oats
  • 1
    cup
    water
  • pinch
    salt
  • 3
    Tbs
    almond milk
  • 1
    Tbs
    cocoonut - desiccated
  • 1
    tsp
    carob power - heaped
  • 1
    tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1
    tsp
    cinnamon
  • 3
    tsp
    stevia/xylitol
  • 2
    tsp
    Miracle Seed Mix - by Natures Choice ( Topping)
  • 1
    Tbs
    almonds - flaked
  • 1
    Tbs
    frozen berries
 

Method

Step 1:
Place water and a pinch of salt in small cooking pot and bring to boil
Add rolled oats, desiccated coconut and almond milk and bring to boil on medium heat
Cook for approximately 7 minutes

Step 2:
Once oats have expanded and thickened, remove from heat
Stir in carob powder, xylitol, cinnamon and vanilla extract
Pour into breakfast bowl

Step 3:
Serve hot and top with miracle seed mix, flaked almonds and frozen berries
