With Heritage Day fast approaching this weekend, braais will naturally be lit, simultaneously marking a start to the season of sun, swimming, and al fresco dining. With the general move towards healthier and lighter eating, for many of us, the thought of garlic bread and red meat might not do much to excite the palate.
