Smoothie with a citrus bang.

Ingredients (4)

1 apples — red, chopped
1 kiwi fruit — gold, peeled and chopped
1/2 grapefruit — peeled, cut
100 ml yoghurt — banana

Method:

Place the ingredients into a blender and blend until all the fruit is smooth.
Add the yoghurt and blitz once more.
Pour into glass, garnish with a few slices of kiwi fruit and a drizzle of honey.

Tip:
Instead of using ice in your smoothies, refrigerate the fruit until it’s cold before chopping.
