Ingredients (4)

2 kiwi fruit
2 apples — granny smith
2 nasturtium — leaves
lemon — squeeze

Method:

Blend or juice the apples, with their skin on but stalks removed.
Then peel and chop two Zespri kiwi fruit, wash and chop the nasturtium leaves and whizz it all up in a blender, adding the fresh apple as you go. Add a squeeze of lemon for an extra zing. Serve ice cold with a bright orange nasturtium flower as decoration.
