Ingredients (7)

2 kiwi fruit
1 banana
1 apple
1 pears
1/2 tsp fresh ginger — grated
2 Tbs yoghurt — Greek
milk — dash

Method:

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Pour into glasses.
Spoon a teaspoon of Greek yoghurt on top and sprinkle with seeds and nuts.
Serve immediately.
