Ingredients (9)

2 kiwi fruit
2 apples — granny smith
1 pineapple
250 ml coconut milk
250 ml orange juice — freshly squeezed
1 Tbs lemon juice
2 Tbs honey
1 Tbs coconut — shredded
ice

Method:

Peel fruit and chop into even chunks.
Pour coconut milk and orange juice into blender. Add lemon juice,honey, coconut and ice-cubes.
Add chopped fruit and blend till smooth and dreamy.
Pour into a pretty glass and decorate with additional fruit.
