Pecan maple butter

Ingredients

  • 2
    cup
    pecan nuts
  • 1/4
    cup
    tahini
  • 1
    tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1
    tsp
    salt
  • 2
    Tbs
    maple syrup
 

Method

Pour all ingredients in a food processor and blitz for 20 - 30 mins until you achieve the consistency of a rich and thick batter.

Place in an air-tight container and keep refrigerated.

Tip: Stop blending every few minutes to let the motor of the food processor rest as it will get very hot.
