Ingredients (5)

2 cup pecan nuts
1/4 cup tahini
1 tsp cinnamon — ground
1 tsp salt
2 Tbs maple syrup

Method:

Pour all ingredients in a food processor and blitz for 20 – 30 mins until you achieve the consistency of a rich and thick batter.

Place in an air-tight container and keep refrigerated.

Tip: Stop blending every few minutes to let the motor of the food processor rest as it will get very hot.
