Ingredients

  • 100
    g
    gorgonzola cheese
  • 60
    ml
    sour cream
  • 30
    ml
    white wine vinegar
  • 125
    ml
    olive oil
 

Method

 

Place the cheese, sour cream and vinegar in a food processor. While blending, add the olive oil in a thin stream to create a thick, creamy dressing. If it’s too thick, add a little water to achieve the right consistency.
