My dukkah
Ingredients
250 ml
sesame seeds
1/2 cup coriander seeds
1/2 cup hazelnuts
1/2 cup cumin seeds
10 ml
olive oil
10 ml
dried mint
Method:
Roast all the seeds separately at 180 °C until they are lightly browned.
Cool and crush carefully (do not grind, as they release to much oil).
Toss in the olive oil with dried mint and milled black pepper.
When cool, store in a an airtight container.
