Wrap a chicken

Ingredients
One medium size cucumber
one medium size cucumber
2 tomatoes
one small tub of natural yoghurt
one large ripe avocado
salt and pepper
2 tortillas

Method:
Nothing beats a delicious wrap for lunch. Try this easy to make chicken wrap with healthy veggies for a super lunch option.

Wrap it up
Slice a fillet of smoked chicken into thin slices. Cut your tomatoes, cucumbers, red peppers and avocado into half a 'pinky' strips. Mix a small tub of natural yoghurt, with some finely chopped cucumbers and lemon juice and spread evenly on one side of the tortilla wrap. Place the chicken and veggies on the side of the tortilla and wrap/roll the tortilla around the ingredients.

Add a banana and lunch is sorted in no time!
