Bacon Omelettes

Preparation time: 15

Cooking time: 10

Ingredients
2 free range eggs
50 ml water
1 large handful grated cheddar cheese
2 rashers bacon, grilled or fried
salt to taste
oil for frying

Method:
Whisk the eggs, water and salt. In a medium sized pan heat the oil. Pour enough egg mixture to cover the bottom of the pan. When the egg is cooked, sprinkle with grated cheese and place the bacon on top. Allow all the grated cheese to melt. Lift the omelette out of the pan, place on a plate and roll like a pancake.
