Potatoes with chorizo

Preparation time: 25

Cooking time: 30

Ingredients
500 g baby potatoes, washed
1 chorizo sausage, sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
20 ml paprika
2 ml dried thyme
Tabasco sauce to taste
45 ml olive oil
garlic mayonnaise to serve

Method:
1. Boil the baby potatoes in their jackets until just tender. Drain well, cut each potato in half, and place a slice of sausage between the two halves. Secure with toothpicks.
2. Place the potatoes on a baking tray. Mix the garlic, paprika, thyme and a few drops of Tabasco into the olive oil, and drizzle the mix over the potatoes. Sprinkle with a little coarse salt.
3. Put the potatoes under a hot grill till browned, turning to brown both sides. Serve hot with garlic mayonnaise.
