Pasta with smoked salmon
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Ingredients
500 g
farfalle pasta
20 ml
oil
10 ml
salt
20 ml
olive oil
125 g
smoked salmon
250 ml
cream
90 ml
tomato sauce
8
drops Tabasco (or more to taste)
spring onions, finely sliced
Method:
Cook the pasta until al dente in boiling water to which the oil and salt have been added.
Meanwhile, grease a non-stick pan with 5 ml of the olive oil and heat.
Cut the salmon into 5 mm wide strips and fry until pale.
Add the cream, tomato sauce and Tabasco, stir to blend and simmer until the sauce thickens.
Drain the pasta and rinse under hot water.
Stir the remaining olive oil into the pasta and return to the saucepan.
Add the sauce and mix.
Serve with spring onions.
