Chicken noodle corn chowder

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, cut into 1 cm strips
10 baby corn cobs, chopped
10 mangetout, chopped
4 chives, chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
0.25 red chilli, seeded and chopped
10 ml oil
1 litre chicken stock
75 g (1 packet) instant noodles
200 ml coconut milk
fish sauce to taste
toasted sesame seeds
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:
Stir-fry the chicken, vegetables, chives, garlic and chilli in the oil until the chicken is done.
Add the stock and noodles and bring to the boil.
Simmer gently until the noodles are tender.
Add the coconut milk, fish sauce, sesame seeds and salt and black pepper to taste.
Makes 1.2 litres.
